French Police Raids The Google Office In Paris

As part of a tax fraud investigation, France police is raiding Google’ offices in Paris.
Today at 5am, The raid was carried out at the Paris headquarters of Google, near the Gare Saint-Lazare in the ninth arrondissement, reported Le Parisien newspaper, by French police and tax officials and labelled “Top Secret” to avoid any possible leaks by The USA giant search engine.
100 French officials were on the scene, with many police officers and five financial prosecutors as French authorities demanded Google to pay €1.6 billion ($1.7 billion) back in taxes.
