1- Hello Joseph, can you please tell us a bit about yourself?
My name is Joseph Cullia, and I’m 45yo. Professionally my career has always been in finance and real estate, but my strength is in Venture Capital and in Immigration. I am the Director of Property Confidential Group PTY LTD, and we’ve been going strong since July 2015. I have two beautiful daughters.

2- W are your focus areas and why?
My main focus is in international investment opportunities and real estate. We partner with neighbouring countries who want to build a better and more modern city- but may be low in resources. So for example, perhaps in Vietnam there are plans to build a shopping centre or mall in a particular area but they need finance to see the project completed earlier.
That’s where I come in, I’m engaged to find the investors for them. Australia is a good place to gather investment, and there are opportunities for all to gain from real estate, no matter if it is within this country or the next. There are also high-wealth individuals from those countries looking at opportunity to move to Australia and do business here. We can help those individuals take the right steps forward with their immigration.
Our clientele is diverse- for instance: Our partners consist of young wealthy individuals looking to make their first investment, and Governments such as the Prime Minister of Vietnam, and the President of Cambodia.

3- How do you describe “Property Confidential Group” in few words?
PCG is a specialised firm catered to high-wealth individuals looking to invest ion a global scale.

4- Where do you think you are making an impact?
So far we have seen our investors see a 27% return annually. Both our investors and contractors are happy. We have also helped high-wealth individuals from overseas migrate to Australia through investment.

5- What are some things that most people don’t know about your job?
That I work on three different time zones, and that I take over 100 calls per day!

6- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I see myself and PCG aggressively pushing our investors into new territories that are growing socially and financially. My mission is to open the doors for many more overseas investors, particularly in Asia.

7- What were some of the biggest challenges you encountered while working on “Property Confidential Group”?
It was humbling to encounter language barriers, but it’s encouraging to still try to build relationships regardless of that barrier. That’s what I think and how I like to work. I’ve learned to respect a lot of countries’ different customs and traditions- something that perhaps we often take for granted in Australia. There are cultural practices all over the world that we don’t know about. I would say learning this, although it was a challenge, has also been the greatest joy and experience for me.

8- What can you tell to young people who are pursuing their dreams?
Well, I work a particular way, it’s helped me build a diverse network allowing for some in opportunities. This what I believe:
1. Get to know your clients. 2. Treat them as you would your friends. 3. Listen to their needs.
So far, abiding by those rules has worked for me.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?
There’s an enormous amount of overseas investors looking for the opportunity to invest into Australia. That’s very exciting. I’m hoping that we can also provide opportunities for Australia over the next two years.

10- The last word or final thoughts?
Australia is rich in opportunity, and there is an opportunity to chase the rich.
