1- Hello Kapil, Can you please introduce yourself?
Hello, Thanks for giving me chance to introduce myself. My birthday falls on 5 November was born in the year 1993. I was born and brought up in a City named Alwar in Rajasthan till 16 years of age. I did my schooling as well as spent my lovely days with parents in the same state.
I moved to Mumbai at the age of 16 for higher study and started my Entrepreneurship journey at the age of 18 from college days.
2- What pushes you to work in the Hospitality market?
The main reason to work in the hospitality services to provide a Hotel like Home to corporate and their clients that they feel like a real local of Mumbai, we can call home away from home or a second home in Mumbai City while still enjoying luxury in cost-effective price and I love to meet different kind of people from them you get an idea which helps you to make an improvement in your services and it helps you to grow your business by the creative ideas.
3-How do you describe “Gagal Home & Hospitality Service” in few words?
Gagal Home, is Luxury Redefined in a cost-effective manner.
4- How did you build up an entrepreneurial spirit, do you believe you were born with it or you developed it?
I believe entrepreneurial spirits are developed when you step into the real world. I believe there are majors traits that means you have the chops when it comes to building your business and live the life of an entrepreneur I.e salesmanship, independent spirit, understanding consumers and consumer attention and most importantly you have to be patient while doing business
5- Do you think your mindset has anything to do with your success?
Mindset it’s a small thing that makes the big difference and is the primary catalyst driving your feelings of self-worth, competence, and confidence.
There are many ways to boost your mindset for success today:
1. Learn from your mistakes,
2.Set small goals as a stepping stone to your success,
3. Be flexible,
4.Get inspired,
5. Engage in positive self-talk.
6- If you could turn the time, what would you love to do in regards to your career?
I Don’t want to turn my time, I Believe to flow with the stream.
7- What advice would you like to give to those just starting a new career?
Try out new things,
Talk to strangers,
Don’t be afraid to fail,
Be willing to change.
8- What is the “one word” advice you will give to our readers when it comes to succeeding as an entrepreneur?
One word would be determined without that nobody can achieve their accomplish goals.
9- Do you find as an expert, that you enjoy the challenge of the industry being complex with the game rules are always changing?
Yes, Travel & Hospitality is emerging fast and we also flowing with the same stream we are continuously Changing our working pattern and improving our quality and services and diversify our portfolio in areas of Mumbai.
